Affiliate terms of service

1. Who we are

DEVOUR is operated by WellPlayed NV, San Victor Street, Orange Walk Town, Belize (“DEVOUR”, “we”). Contact: support@9to5.bet. These terms form the agreement between DEVOUR and you, the affiliate (“you”). By submitting an application or using your account you accept them.

2. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country, if higher) and allowed to promote gambling products where you operate.
• Your application is reviewed by our team, which may accept or refuse it without having to give reasons. One account per person or company.
• The details you give us (name, address, company) must be true and kept up to date. They are required before your first payout.
• You keep your credentials secret, enable two-factor authentication and tell us at once about any unauthorised use. Actions taken from your account are deemed yours.

3. Brands and promotion

• Each brand is a licensed operator that pays DEVOUR for the players you refer. Access to a brand is granted by DEVOUR and can be withdrawn.
• You promote a brand only in the countries allowed for that brand, using the tracking links, promo codes and creatives provided in your space, unaltered.
• You never target minors, self-excluded or vulnerable people, and always include the responsible gambling warnings required in each market.
• Forbidden: spam, misleading claims, brand-name bidding unless the brand allows it, incentivised or fake sign-ups, cookie stuffing, bots, self-referral and any traffic you would not want the brand to see.

4. Tracking and commissions

• Players are attributed through DEVOUR tracking (click or promo code). DEVOUR’s records, based on the data sent by each brand, prevail.
• Your deal (CPA, revenue share or hybrid) is shown in your space before it applies. CPA is earned when a player meets the qualifying conditions of the deal; revenue share is calculated monthly on net gaming revenue, after the brand’s late data has arrived, with negative carry-over where the deal says so.
• No commission is due on players who are minors, blocked or self-excluded, from the date of the brand’s decision.
• Commissions are first pending, then approved by DEVOUR, then become available after a safety period of 30 days. Chargebacks, fraud or brand corrections can reverse a commission, including an available one.

5. Payouts

• Payouts are made in cryptocurrency to an address you register in your space. A new address can be used 48 hours after it is added.
• You request a payout from your available balance once it reaches the minimum shown. Each request is reviewed, approved, then sent manually by DEVOUR.
• You are responsible for the address you give and for your own taxes. A transfer sent to the address registered in your account is final.
• DEVOUR may hold a payout while a fraud review or a brand dispute is open.

6. Fraud and suspension

DEVOUR monitors traffic quality. Suspicious patterns are reviewed by a person before any decision. If fraud or a breach of these terms is confirmed, DEVOUR may reverse the commissions concerned, withhold payouts and suspend or close the account. You can contact us through the support tickets in your space to explain or contest a decision.

7. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Brand names, logos and creatives belong to their owners and may only be used to promote the brand through DEVOUR, for the duration of your access. Deal terms and non-public data available in your space are confidential.

8. Liability

DEVOUR provides the platform as available and does its best to keep tracking and reporting accurate and continuous, but does not guarantee any volume or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, DEVOUR’s liability is limited to the commissions due to you for the three months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud or where the law forbids it.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the version number above changes and you are informed by e-mail or in your space before the new version applies. You can stop using DEVOUR and ask for your account to be closed at any time from your settings; commissions already earned stay payable once they are available, unless reversed under section 4 or 6.
